What we collect

Your phone number, call details, and your recorded SMS consent (time, call ID, what was said), used to send the texts you asked for and to prove consent.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. We share data only with providers that deliver messages (for example, our carrier or SMS provider) or when required by law.

Text messages

Up to 3 messages per booking. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP or email help@sleighbellcalls.com for help.

Retention

We keep consent records as long as needed for compliance, 12 months. Email help@sleighbellcalls.com to ask about or delete your data.

Children

Bookings and SMS consent are taken only from an adult. We do not ask children for consent to receive texts.
