SMS Opt-In: Sleighbell Line booking texts

How you opt in

You opt in verbally during a phone call to the Sleighbell Line at (254) 875-0094. Consent is asked only of the adult booking the call. Near the end of the call the automated assistant reads this script, word for word:

"Would you like a text from the Sleighbell Line at this number with your booking confirmation and call reminder? It's up to 3 messages. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out, HELP for help. Texts are optional."

Only a clear yes is recorded. Each consent is logged with the call ID, time and script version.

• Texts are optional. Texting is not required to book or use the service, and consent is never a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: up to 3 messages per booking.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• STOP: reply STOP at any time to opt out. You get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
• HELP: reply HELP, or email help@sleighbellcalls.com.
